Mission Statement:
To provide financial assistance to children within the Bucks County Children & Youth Social Services Agency

How We Help
Even more than other kids, Bucks County foster children need the extra care and structure that is provided by time spent at a summer camp. However, unless the cost of summer camp is paid by the foster parents or a caretaking relative, this summer opportunity is lost.
To the strained finances of a foster family, summer camp is an extravagance they simply cannot afford. Without funding from Bucks for Kids, children who desperately need summer camp or tutoring sit home all summer.
Summer camp is very expensive. The average daily camp cost is approximately $300 per week per child. Overnight camps are twice that amount. No county or state funds are available for this expense.
